As it currently stands, effective 1/1/2023, prescriptions will not be covered if filled at Kroger Pharmacy and its affiliates: Bakers, City Market, Dillons, Food 4 Less, Food Co, Fred Meyer, Fry’s, Gerbes, Harris Teeter, King Sooper, Kroger, Owens Market, Pay-Less Super Markets, QFC, Ralphs, and Smith’s Food and Drug
Members are our top priority and we want to ensure their pharmacy needs are met as efficiently as possible. Before Jan 1st, members currently using those pharmacies will receive a personalized mailing which provides alternate retail pharmacy locations to fill prescriptions in their immediate area. However, If the member chooses to continue filling their prescription at Kroger pharmacies, they will pay the full cost of their medication.
Our PBM call center representatives are available 24/7/365 to assist members with transferring existing prescriptions and answering any questions members may have (1-877-241-7123)
We are actively monitoring the negotiations and will continue to ensure members are able to fill prescriptions at retail network pharmacies.
